Which product dries the cutlery? Cutlery is dried by corncob granulate, a 100% vegetable material, especially de-dusted by Hyppocampus.

Cutlery is immersed in hot granulate inside the tank. In a few seconds, it is dried avoiding the appearance of white marks, sanitised thanks to the UV lamp and expelled into a basket, ready to be used on the table. These solid and reliable units save time and money, do not need to be installed and require very low maintenance. In short, reduced costs and guaranteed results.

How many silver items can I insert?
Cutlery must be inserted in bunches of 5-6 items at a time, one after the other. The frequency of the bunches depends on the model/speed of the machine. AS 12, the largest unit, can accommodate a full basket of cutlery.
How long does the it take to dry the cutlery?
This parameter depends on the machine size. Generally speaking, from the insertion of the cutlery bunch, it takes about 20/30 seconds to expel it into the basket. After that, the unit works in a continuous cycle.
Does the machine damage the cutlery?
No, the granulate is very delicate and it surrounds the cutlery during the drying process. We advise against using the unit to dry silver cutlery, they could be scratched when expelled. For silver and delicate items, you should opt for our polisher, LV200.
What can be dried with a cutlery dryer?
Forks, spoons and knives, also mixed up.
Does the cutlery have to be clean?
Asoolutamente si. Pulite e, soprattutto, bagnate.
